Empire Day began in Ontario, Canada, becoming a national event in schools there in 1898. In 1903 the Empire Day Movement was formed in Britain.

From 1904 the late Queen Victoria's birthday, 24 May, was adopted as Empire Day in some schools. From 1907 many more schools joined in.

Of course as a result of the two, self defeating, planned, Brothers Wars of 1914-18 and 1939-45 the British Empire was completely destroyed by the alien money lenders pulling the strings of their puppets. Not the least of which was the loathsome Winston Spencer Churchill.

Candour was founded in 1953, by A. K. Chesterton with the financial backing of R. K. Jeffrey. In 1954 AK set up the League of Empire Loyalists.

Editors since the death of AK in 1972, Rosine de Bounevialle who died in 1999 and to this day Colin Todd.

World Cup Nonsense 2026

At the moment I do not have the patience, to dwell on the corrupt circus that is FIFA, the 2026 World Cup being held across 3 countries, Mexico, USA and Canada with far too many countries taking part or the universal embarrassment (felt by all but two people) back in December 2025, when FIFA President Gianni Infantino stood inside the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., looked Donald Trump dead in the eyes, and handed him a trophy the organization had never given anyone before.

It was called the “FIFA Peace Prize”, a brand-new honour described as recognizing those who have “taken exceptional and extraordinary actions for peace” also for “promoting peace and unity around the world”, and it debuted in the most dramatic way possible. One day, it did not exist; the next, it was being handed to a sitting U.S. president who also just happens to be co-hosting the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Only a very few are perhaps blessed with such a lack of self awareness and to see two on stage together quite remarkable... CHUTZPAH!

I for one shall not be watching any of the bread and circuses nonsense that passes for English football these days. Iran will still be involved despite Trump's attempts to replace them with Israel. A Persian team full of Persians. (I will follow their matches if they do not get an offer they cannot refuse).

PLAY UP IRAN!

AS FOR ENGLAND...

The image on the right speaks for itself.

We are heading rapidly in that racial direction via replacement and miscegenation and the team is somewhat ahead of the demographics, by a bit, rather like the intentionally miscast TV shows and advertisements showing the planned replacement of Britons

Your Editor, Colin Todd, is old enough at 64, to have been 4 years old when England won the World Cup in 1966. My grandfather, Edward Frederick Mills, 'Teddy' was a prominent businessman in Newcastle Upon Tyne and supporter of Newcastle United. He had a precious ticket to Wembley and was there on 30 July 1966. (Many claimed to have been there who were not).

A different world but not one that is impossible for the English and our fellow Britons to reclaim. It is going to be rough road...

It really comes down to BLOOD AGAINST GOLD.

The Boys of 1966

Forever Young

The full England football squad in 1966. Not the prettiest bunch perhaps but Englishmen of the type you would have seen for centuries or millenium. Men and not overpaid pansies.
